A leading construction firm in the United Kingdom is looking for a Building Services Manager to oversee the production and installation of services. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and previous experience with main contractors. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant projects in the region.
Building Services Manager – South West
An opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Manager to join the team at Galliford Try. Ideally you will be based in or around the North West area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.
South West
As Building Services Manager you will manage the production of outsourced design and direct the design and installation of services and associated builders work to meet project targets of time, cost, and quality. You will manage the Mechanical and Electrical Services Consultants and Sub Contractors throughout the design, installation, and testing commissioning of the services installation. The role is for experienced M & E Managers' who have the capability to take on greater responsibility. It can also be a developmental role towards a Senior M & E Manager position.
