3D Personnel Ltd is partnering with a leading international contractor to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager for major projects across London and the surrounding areas. You will own all MEP elements from design coordination through to commissioning and handover, ensuring efficient, safe delivery and full integration with the construction programme.

The Role

As Building Services Manager, you will take ownership of all MEP elements across the full project lifecycle - from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
