Qualifications

• Qualification in Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or related discipline (HNC/HND, Degree, City & Guilds).
• Proven experience as Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical, electrical and fabric installations.
• Identify and resolve defects during the building inspection.
• Maintain detailed site records and prepare clear reports for management.

Skills

Knowledge of building services systems

Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Competence in AutoCAD

Strong inspection skills

Education

Qualification in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
