A leading engineering firm in Oxford is seeking a Building Services Engineering Supervisor to manage engineers and subcontractors in maintaining critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate has an electrical bias and strong experience in pharma or critical environments. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £62k and is based on a new technology site.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with 18th Edition and 2391 Testing and Inspection.
• Solid understanding of mechanical building services systems.
• Experience managing a team of engineers; preferably in pharma or critical environments.

• Supervise 3 engineers and oversee subcontractors performing reactive and planned maintenance of critical site infrastructure.
• Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used; operate a permit to work system for subcontractors.

Job description

Overview

Building Services Engineering Supervisor - Oxford - to £62k plus EV car. Based at a brand new high technology pharma site in Harwell, Oxfordshire, reporting into the contract manager. You will supervise 3 engineers and oversee a variety of subcontractors, which between them carry out reactive and planned maintenance of critical site infrastructure, including HV, LV, Diesel Generators, UPS, clean rooms, labs, de-ionised water, HEPA filters etc.

• Supervise 3 engineers and oversee subcontractors performing reactive and planned maintenance of critical site infrastructure (HV, LV, diesel generators, UPS, clean rooms, labs, de-ionised water, HEPA filters, etc.).
