Job summary

Acorn Engineering Limited in London is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to cover Central London and the West-End, joining a team that delivers high-quality mechanical, electrical and building services solutions across commercial sites.

You will perform planned maintenance, servicing and reactive repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, controls and ventilation, working with clients and subcontractors and contributing to a high standard of service across a varied portfolio of sites in Central

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of M&E building services.
• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, controls, heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Understanding of Legionella and Health & Safety requirements.
• Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Apprenticeship or time-served maintenance engineering background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive repairs across commercial properties.
• Work with clients, subcontractors and internal support teams to ensure contracts are delivered safely and to a high standard.

We’re looking for an experienced Foot Mobile) Mobile Engineer to join our growing team covering Central London and the West-end surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi-skilled Building Services Engineer who enjoys a varied role across multiple sites and wants to be part of a supportive, professional business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive repairs across a range of commercial properties. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors and our internal support teams to ensure contracts are delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard.

What You’ll Need

Strong knowledge of M&E building services

Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, controls, heating, cooling and ventilation systems

Understanding of Legionella and Health & Safety requirements

Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
