• Previous experience working within a maintenance facility role.
• Experience with Building Management systems.
• Knowledge of emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the whole site maintenance.
• Maintain swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning.
• Complete all Building Services daily / weekly checklists.
