Building Services Engineer – Bristol and surrounding area based. Coverage is within 1 hour from Bristol. Salary £40‑45k, plus van and overtime.

Are you a Building Services Engineer with Service and Maintenance experience within a commercial property looking for a new role covering the Bristol and surrounding areas?

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks within plant rooms and communal areas of buildings.
• Statutory compliance.
• Initial fault finding to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning plant.
• Water temperature checks, Legionella testing, pumps and motors.
• AHUs, FCUs, general plumbing tasks – TMVs, flushing, replacement like for like.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mechanical: Air Conditioning, Gas or Commercial Plumber.
• Electrical: Minimum Level 2.
• Previous experience within a commercial plant room.
• Flexible on qualifications; accepted HVAC, M&E, Commercial Plumber or Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer – either mechanically or electrically qualified.
• A passion for service and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance within the commercial property/offices sector.
