Job summary

Nuffield Health Paddington FWC, part of the UK’s largest healthcare charity, is seeking a Building Services Engineer on a permanent, full-time basis. A recognised electrical qualification (17th edition or equivalent) and solid knowledge of Building Management Systems are essential to maintain a busy site.

You’ll be responsible for the whole site, from the building shell to surrounding grounds, and will maintain pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) required.
• Experience with Building Management systems preferred.
• Experience with emergency lighting testing and PAT testing.
• Familiarity with water hygiene and compliance in large facilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole site from building shell to grounds.
• Maintain swimming pools, mechanical plant, HVAC systems.
• Operate CAFM to log and track maintenance requests.
• Lead and develop the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programmes.
• Support skill development within the team.
