  • Liaise with onsite teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete all documentation and compliance records accurately.
  • Support minor fabric and general maintenance tasks when required.

Sites Covered: Fawley (x2), Avonmouth, Gatwick, West London, Purfleet, Birmingham (occasional)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Door-to-Door Travel & Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Call-Out: None

Van & Fuel Card Provided

We're looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Building Services Engineer to provide maintenance support across six key sites. This role offers genuine independence, with flexibility to manage your own diary and travel schedule. You'll be working across a range of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring electrical systems and site infrastructure are maintained to a high standard.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple locations. Most work will be electrically focused — lighting, alarms, and general building systems — with support from site-based HVAC engineers and another mobile fabric engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites
