Qualifications

Overview

Building Services Engineer – Bristol or surrounding area based. Covering 1 hour from Bristol. Salary: GBP40–45k plus van, overtime.

We are looking for a Building Services Engineer with service and maintenance experience within a commercial property to cover Bristol and surrounding areas. This role suits Multi Skilled Engineers working in the planned and reactive maintenance sector and willing to undertake remedial, small and minor works installations. The client works with a number of commercial properties across the region and is recruiting for a Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, and parts of Wiltshire.

Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks within plant rooms and communal areas of commercial buildings.
  • Manage statutory compliance and carry out tasks such as fault finding related to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Plant.
  • Carry out water temperature checks and Legionella testing; work with pumps and motors and AHUs; service FCUs.
  • Conduct general plumbing tasks (TMVs, flushing, replacing like-for-like components).
Qualifications
  • Qualified in Mechanical: Air Conditioning, Gas, or Commercial Plumbing (preferred).
  • Electrical: Level 2 minimum, with previous experience within a commercial plant room.
  • Passion for service delivery and maintenance within the commercial property/offices sector.
