Job Requirements

• Building Services Co-Ordinator shall have corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers HKIE in building services, electrical or mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent, with not less than 5 years of post-qualification experience.

• Building Services Co-Ordinator shall have a minimum of 10 years working experience in building services installations, out of which the building services coordinator shall have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in building services coordination.

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
