Building Safety Team Leader needed in Devizes

The salary is £ 41,701.00

The successful candidate will bring to the role a good understanding of Building and Fire Safety strategies and systems within social housing. Ideally they will hold a health and safety qualification and a Fire Door Inspective qualification and will have understanding of risk and compliance management.

They will be ableto lead a highly motivated team, who carry out work which is essential to the health and safety of our customers. They will have strong process management skills with the ability to manage date and keep accurate records.They will be confident in their approach to complex situations, always considering risk and the bigger picture.

This is a hybrid role, where they can mainly base from home. They will carry out monthly visits to our high risk buildings, which are mainly in London, but they may also be required to travel throughout our operating region as needed. Our operating region includes London, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.
