This is your opportunity to join one of the UK's largest and most progressive housing providers, taking on a pivotal role in delivering building safety excellence across Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) in London.

You'll join a high-performing, collaborative, and people-focused Building Safety team - where every day you'll make a visible impact ensuring residents not only are safe, but feel safe in their homes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the operational delivery of building safety management for your allocated portfolio of HRBs.
  • Line-manage and develop a team of two Assistant Building Safety Managers - coaching, mentoring and ensuring effective delegation of inspections and data collection.
  • Produce and maintain Building Safety Case Reports, Resident Engagement Plans and live Safety Case files.
  • Lead on resident engagement - delivering surgeries, walkabouts, and proactive communication across your buildings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Strategic Building Safety, Development, Major Works, Housing Management) to maintain a robust Golden Thread of information.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Building Safety Manager, ideally within social housing or residential property.
  • Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act, safety case reports, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership and line-management experience - able to guide and motivate junior staff members.
  • Excellent stakeholder and resident engagement skills - clear, confident communicator.
  • Level 6 qualification in Building Safety (CIOB or equivalent) preferred or currently completing.
  • Professional membership with IFSM or IFE.
