Qualifications

  • Health & safety certifications such as CSCS card and SMSTS.
  • Solid construction knowledge; experience in regulated sectors is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate key building projects and ensure smooth running of site work.
  • Liaise with clients and manage procurement for materials and services.
  • Prepare and submit project quotes to clients and manage site labour.
