Job summary

A commercial management company is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the operations of a site in Redhill. The role involves conducting building inspections, managing health & safety checks, and ensuring customer service excellence. Ideal candidates will have previous building management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. A fixed-term contract with potential for permanence is offered, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Previous experience in building management or a similar facilities role.
• Strong understanding of health & safety processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
• Carry out routine health & safety checks and accurately record findings.
• Report and escalate any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all tenants.
• Ensure all complaints are handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner.
