A property management firm seeks a part-time Building Manager at the I2 Centre Mansfield. Responsibilities include overseeing safety and maintenance, conducting inspections, and managing landlord/tenant relations. We have a new opportunity for a part-time / job share Building Manager to join on site at the I2 Centre Mansfield. You would be responsible for overseeing the safety and maintenance of the designated building and ensuring that the building complies with all applicable regulations with support from the Property Manager. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the building as needed to ensure a safe, functional and appealing space and ensuring all activities meet with and integrate with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care. You will also manage the building and tenants in line with our management agreement with our client and the lease terms notified by the Property Manager. This role is offered on a part‑time basis as a job share and can be flexible between 15 – 25 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, it would be based on site.
