Job summary

A commercial management company is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the operations of a site in Redhill. The role involves conducting building inspections, managing health & safety checks, and ensuring customer service excellence. Ideal candidates will have previous building management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. A fixed-term contract with potential for permanence is offered, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Ensure all complaints are handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner.

Location: Redhill

Salary: £40,000 to 45,000 per annum

Employment Type: Fixed term for 3 months (possibility to go permanent)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
