• Familiar with building management systems and protocols.

• Ensure optimal performance of building management systems.

Skills

Familiar with Trend & IQ Vision

Experience with Tridium, Schneider, EcoStruxure

HVAC Mechanical plant experience

Building management systems (BMS) Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working with one of the most successful and leading Building management systems companies in the UK. A very reputable business who have been established for over 40 years.

As a Building Management System (BMS) support engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with service level agreement
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• Ideally you will be familiar with Trend & IQ Vision
• Experienced with any of the following systems: Tridium, Schneider, EcoStruxure
• HVAC Mechanical plant experience / understanding
• Knowledge and experience of protocols such as; KNX, BACnet, Modbus etc
• Ability to fault find and have proven diagnostic skills and ability to resolve technical issues
• Be required to work on a rota basis on-call
