Building Management Systems (BMS) Commissioning Engineer

Are you an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Commissioning Engineer looking to take the next step in your career?

The Role

As a BMS Commissioning Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, commissioning Building Management Systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Working across a range of sites, you will collaborate with project teams and clients, ensuring systems are handed over to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning, configuring, and testing BMS systems across multiple platforms.
  • Working with control panels, field devices, and software to ensure full functionality.
  • Collaborating with project teams, end‑users, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to specification.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues during commissioning.
  • Completing all relevant documentation and handover materials.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience commissioning BMS systems (Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Distech experience advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC plant and control principles.
  • Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Salary & Package

£50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

Car or Car Allowance (£5,739)
