Are you a driven and technically minded Sales Manager with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading UK provider of intelligent building solutions, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth and developing client relationships across London and the South East.

The Role

As BMS Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored energy and control solutions. Working closely with the design and engineering teams, you'll be responsible for the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, and public-sector markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the BMS sector.
About You
  • Proven track record in BMS or HVAC controls sales (projects or service).
  • Strong technical understanding of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Full UK driving licence.
