Qualifications

  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.

Position: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Sheffield (onsite)

Hours: 35 hours per week, early Friday finish

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

About the role

We\'re working with a well-established organisation in Sheffield to recruit a Building Maintenance Technician to join their facilities team. This is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and smooth running of multiple sites in the area. The role covers all aspects of building fabric maintenance, including planned inspections, reactive repairs, and general support for site operations. You\'ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, well-presented working environment for all staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Hours & Benefits
  • Working hours: Monday to Wednesday 8:00am – 4:30pm; Thursday 8:00am – 3:30pm; Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm (early finish)
