Nuffield Health in Twickenham is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the club's facilities, from the building shell to the grounds, and to manage plant systems. The role requires an electrical Level 3 qualification and experience with building management systems, emergency lighting testing, PAT, and water hygiene in a large site.

As a Building Maintenance Technician at our club , you'll hold an electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) and a good knowledge of Building Management systems. You also have experience of emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene and other compliance areas in a large industrial unit.
A technical electrical Level 3 qualification of City & Guilds or BTEC equivalent and experience within the relevant sector.
