A leading maintenance company is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee repairs in Dartford. The role involves managing subcontractors, conducting inspections, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple properties. Candidates must have a proven supervisory background in repairs and maintenance, strong communication skills, and a valid UK manual driving licence. This position offers a salary of up to £41,000 per annum along with various benefits including a company van and fuel card.

About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dartford, working in partnership with Moat Housing. You’ll oversee the delivery of planned, cyclical, and responsive repairs across tenanted properties, ensuring works are completed to high standards of quality, safety, and customer care.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, excellent communication, and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll manage trades and subcontractors, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
