Qualifications

  • Proven experience of working in a hands-on maintenance or multi-trade role.
  • A background in carpentry, plumbing or a similar trade.
  • Experience with investigating and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Good understanding of COSHH, RIDDOR and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Digital literacy to use tablets and online systems.
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Positive, friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals.

Salary: £38,095 to £42,105 per annum + Benefits

Location: Catford, South East London (mostly site based in Catford, with occasional travel to other sites in South East London)

Job Type: Full‑Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
