In this new role we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Control Technical Lead to join our Planning Service. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Building Control team, supporting the development of professionals, and ensuring compliance with building regulations across a diverse range of projects.
This role might appeal to experienced Building Control professionals that want to leave a legacy through developing our practice and staff of the future. We are open to exploring engaging our new Technical lead on a full or part time, on a permanent or temporary basis for mutual benefit.

The basic salary for the post is from £47,181 to £51,356 plus a market supplement of £6,000 per annum, providing an annual salary package of up to £57,356.
For the right candidate, a recruitment welcome payment of up to 10% of starting salary may be payable as a one-off welcome payment dependent on length of contract.
Occasional attendance at our Head Office in Easingwold is expected.
