Job summary

Meridian Consult, part of the Celnor Group, is recruiting a Building Control Surveyor in Manchester to join the Field Team. You will inspect sites, review plans, advise clients and manage multiple projects throughout the design and construction process.

Qualifications

• Registered Building Inspector Class 1, Class 2A or above, or working towards registration
• Experience within Building Control, warranty surveying or a related discipline
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and associated legislation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Building Control Surveyors to join our team.

We are particularly interested in speaking with Registered Building Inspectors at Class 1, Class 2A or above, as well as those actively working towards higher registration classes.

Our diverse project portfolio provides exposure to a broad range of developments, including projects that many surveyors may not have the opportunity to work on elsewhere. This gives our team the experience required to progress through registration classes while continuing to develop their technical knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
