Full time hours on a temporarybasis

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess and approve building regulation applications, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Conduct site inspections at various stages of construction to monitor compliance and quality.
    • Provide expert advice to architects, developers, contractors, and members of the public.
    • Investigate breaches of building regulations and take appropriate enforcement action.
    • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of inspections and decisions.
    • Mentor and support junior surveyors, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
    • Keep up to date with changes in legislation, standards, and industry developments.
    • Collaborate with planning, fire safety, and environmental teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
