A client within the Public Sector based in County is currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join their Building Control Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority in a Building Control environment.
The key purpose of the role is to support the delivery of a customer-focused Building Control service, ensuring that construction work across the Borough complies with Building Regulations and associated legislation, and protecting public safety in and around the built environment.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £50 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £40per hour PAYE).
