Responsibilities

• Manage applications including dangerous structures and demolitions.
• Train and mentor junior staff.
• Participate in an out of hours standby rota.

Skills

Communication and interpersonal skills

Technical competence in delivering plan checking and site inspections

Ability to participate in out of hours call out

Driving license and vehicle access

Education

Registered with the Building Safety Regulator at Class 2a minimum
