A higher education institution is seeking a Building and Maintenance Officer to maintain campus facilities in excellent condition for students and staff. The role requires proactive maintenance, ensuring safety, and liaising with contractors. This is a part-time term-time role with flexible hours at the Rayleigh Campus.

As a Building and Maintenance Officer you will ensure our campus is in top condition to support an excellent student experience. You will be responsible for the daily operation and upkeep of our physical premises and equipment, ensuring they meet high standards. This hands-on role requires a proactive individual dedicated to maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
This is a part-time, term-time-only, fixed-term role until October 2026, working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm at our Rayleigh Campus.
