UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking a Building and Construction Works Supervisor to oversee safe delivery of construction projects on site. You will coordinate temporary works, ensure CDM compliance and work with contractors and engineers to achieve project goals.
The role emphasises safety, governance and high standards, with onsite presence typical 3–5 days a week and flexible working options where feasible.

As a Building and Construction Works Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the safe and effective delivery of construction projects across UKAEA. Working within the Integrated Engineering Division, you'll coordinate and oversee building and construction activities, ensuring temporary works are planned, managed and delivered in line with industry best practice, regulatory requirements and UKAEA's high safety standards. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to support the successful delivery of complex engineering and construction programmes.
UKAEA is an onsite organisation, and this role requires regular onsite presence (usually between 3-5 days in any given week) in line with business needs. We actively support flexible working arrangements where this is compatible with the role
