Job summary

Apex Resource Management seeks an experienced Build Technician - Trim in Daventry to fit and modify interior and exterior trim using premium materials. You'll work on luxury and performance vehicles, ensuring top-quality finishes that meet exacting standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with interiors, premium materials such as leather, textiles and carbon fibre, and a keen eye for detail. Monday–Friday day shift with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience fitting full vehicle interiors including seating, headliners, door cards, carpets and seat belts.
• Background in restoration, luxury automotive, motorsport or coachbuilding environments.
• Experience working with leather and premium trim materials.

Responsibilities

• Fit and modify interior and exterior trim components with premium materials.
• Ensure high-quality finish meeting luxury vehicle standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver vehicles finished to exacting specifications.

Are you an experienced Build Technician working with interior and exterior trim?

Do you have a passion for craftsmanship and precision?

Join a specialist automotive restoration and bespoke build team working on some of the world's most prestigious luxury and performance vehicles.

This is a hands-on Build Technician - Trim role where quality comes first. You'll fit and modify interior and exterior trim components, work with premium materials including leather, textiles, and carbon fibre, and help deliver vehicles finished to the highest standards.

What You'll Need as a Build Technician - Trim:

• Experience fitting full vehicle interiors (including seating, headliners, door cards, carpets, seat belts etc.)
• Background in restoration, luxury automotive, motorsport or coachbuilding environments
• Experience working with leather and premium trim materials
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic sewing and hand-stitching knowledge beneficial
