Job description

We are looking for a Build Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of wireless infrastructure projects overseeing site construction and upgrades for mobile networks, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Main Activities and Tasks

Manage end-to-end site build activities, including planning, construction, and integration of wireless telecoms infrastructure.

Coordinate with internal leadership teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Conduct site surveys, assess risks, and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.

Update company and client portal systems regularly.

Obtain quotes, work with the QS to submit tenders, and complete final account submissions while maintaining optimal project margins.

Develop and maintain build schedules, documentation, and daily reporting.

Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.

Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications.

Collect, verify, and store Handover Pack evidence.
