Job summary

Access Sport College is seeking a Course Leader/Tutor Coach to lead the BTEC Level 3 Sports Coaching & Development programme and deliver GCSE English teaching. The role blends high-quality academic delivery with practical sports instruction to prepare students for careers in the sports industry.

You will design schemes of work, manage assessments, and mentor students while coordinating with the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BTEC Level 3 Sports Coaching & Development and GCSE English.
• Strong classroom management and student assessment skills.
• Ability to design schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with BTEC Level 3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead BTEC Level 3 Sports Coaching & Development and GCSE English curricula.
• Integrate real-world sports scenarios in teaching.
• Monitor learner performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with delivery team to maintain academic consistency.
• Support off-site activities and fixtures, including driving the team minibus.
