Benefit Cosmetics in Milton Keynes is seeking a part-time Brow and Beauty Expert for 22.5 hours over 4 days at the Boots counter. You will leverage your makeup passion to provide exceptional customer experiences, perform brow services, and drive retail sales while collaborating with the team to meet counter targets.

This role requires flexible availability, weekend and holiday support, and a strong customer-service background to build loyalty and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales goals and build strong customer connections.

• Support in-store and external events to promote products and sales.
• Complete daily/weekly sales worksheets and counter admin.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and brand displays.

Overview

Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Part-time, 22.5-hours over 4 days, Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots, Milton Keynes!

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals & Targets: Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals, as agreed upon with the counter manager. Focus on building strong customer connections and expertly demonstrating products to drive sales and exceed targets.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to repeat appointments and increased service customers.
• Teamwork Towards Sales Success: Collaborate with all team members to meet counter and business needs, contributing to overall sales success through shared effort.
• Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities: Actively support in-store, external, and charity events, leveraging them as opportunities to promote products, engage customers, and boost sales.
• Sales Tracking & Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track individual sales performance and assist with counter manager administration to optimise sales strategies.
• Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards and create an appealing shopping environment that encourages sales.
