Job summary

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a part-time Brow and Beauty Expert at Boots Milton Keynes to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will perform brow services, demonstrate products, and engage customers to foster loyalty.

The role requires a sales-driven mindset, makeup passion, and flexible availability including weekends. Training and opportunities to grow within a leading eyebrow brand are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality is required.
• Passion for makeup and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Strive to consistently achieve individual retail sales goals and exceed targets.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store, external and charity events to promote products and boost sales.
• Complete daily/weekly worksheets to track sales performance and assist counter management.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards.

Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time, 30-hour, Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots Milton Keynes. As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:

• Sales Goals & Targets: Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals, as agreed upon with the counter manager. Focus on building strong customer connections and expertly demonstrating products to drive sales and exceed targets.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to repeat appointments and increased service customers.
• Teamwork Towards Sales Success: Collaborate with all team members to meet counter and business needs, contributing to overall sales success through shared effort.
• Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities: Actively support in-store, external, and charity events, leveraging them as opportunities to promote products, engage customers, and boost sales.
• Sales Tracking & Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets to track individual sales performance and assist with counter manager administration to optimise sales strategies.
• Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards and create an appealing shopping environment that encourages sales.
