Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all customers. To maximize sales, you should be confident in connecting with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and booking repeat appointments through make-up lessons.

Duties Include:

• Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales goals through customer engagement, product demonstrations, brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow Services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
• Teamwork: Assisting team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Supporting in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and hygienic counter and displays at all times.
