Job description

Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time 15 hours Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots Cheshunt. As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals – Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
• Brow services – Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
• Teamwork – Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
• Promotions and Special Events – Supporting both in-store or external events and charity events.
• Administration – An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping – You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods
• Minimum 6 months retail experience
