Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time 22.5-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in M&S Camberley! Please note: As this is also a solo counter, we will not require any previous team management experience. However, there will be management aspects to the role that you will be responsible for. The contractual hours will be split across 4 days (typically Thursday - Sunday). As a Brow and Beauty Expert for a solo store, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Sales Goals – Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
• Brow services – Waxing, tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
• Teamwork – Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
• Promotions and Special Events – Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
• Administration – An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping – You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
