A leading insurance firm in Lincoln is seeking an Insurance Broking Services Manager to lead a team and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive insurance broking experience and excellent organizational and relationship skills. We’re on the hunt for a talented Insurance Broking Services Manager who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to lead a team and build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.
As a Broking Services Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Commercial team and manage and maintain in the capacity of Account Handler own designated portfolio of clients to the highest standards.
It’s essential that you have extensive insurance broking experience as you will be offering a complete commercial experience to existing customers. You will have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to. You need to have excellent relationships skills, have enthusiasm and be a problem solver.
It would be advantageous if you have some team leader or people management experience.
