What the day will look like

Some of your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:

  • Lead the design, strategy, and placement of property programmes across London and regional offices.
  • Drive new business development through prospecting, broking design, and client presentations.
  • Shape and implement broking strategies across all insurance classes for key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal collaborators to align solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert market insights and guidance, resolving placement issues and enhancing client service.
  • Mentor and support colleagues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business procedures.
