This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and client service skills who is fluent in Spanish and eager to build a career in the insurance market. You will play a key role in supporting the Property team, ensuring seamless placement and servicing of international accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is keen to work in one of the most prestigious markets in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to brokers in the placement and servicing of accounts.
  • Liaise with Spanish-speaking clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and high service standards.
  • Assist in preparing and processing market documentation, slips, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties related to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Support with client presentations, reports, and market submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and client needs are delivered.
Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in the London market
