Allianz UK, based in London or Chelmsford with hybrid working, seeks a senior leader to drive pricing and underwriting for the Broker Non-Standard portfolio. You will steer strategy, governance and performance while guiding a management team to deliver sustainable profitability and customer outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and collaborative stakeholder engagement with regulators, brokers and internal partners.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in pricing or underwriting.
Experience in the UK broker insurance market.
Strong data interpretation to drive commercial actions.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the strategic vision for the Broker Non-Standard portfolio, aligning pricing and underwriting plans with business objectives.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing management team with a strong talent pipeline.
Monitor market trends, broker activity, and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Oversee portfolio pricing and underwriting performance for profitability and market position.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration or related discipline

Master's degree or ACII
