  • Network internally and externally to promote the interests of our business and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Assist with the preparation of performance reports, to monitor performance and governance.
  • Support the management and delivery of strategic broker pipelines.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of Salesforce.

Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the Distribution Strategy by establishing and maintaining relationships with Clients and Brokers to enhance the market presence.

Broker Development Coordinator

Birmingham or Bristol, Full-Time or Part Time

We’re seeking a commercially minded Coordinator to join our Distribution team, supporting broker engagement across the Midlands & South-West region. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of regional distribution plans and strengthening broker relationships.

Importantly for us, you’ll be a natural relationship-builder – someone who thrives on building their network and connecting with others to foster strong, collaborative partnerships.

We are open to both full and part-time working arrangements for this role, and this exciting opportunity also involves expensed travel between our Birmingham and Bristol offices.

Your New Role

As part of our collaborative team, you’ll have regular exposure to the wider underwriting community. You’ll be confident in pulling together information and will support business growth and broker engagement. Your ability to build strong, trusted relationships will be central to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Distribution Managers and Account Managers with the delivery of the Midlands & South-West region’s Distribution strategy
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the business to maintain a consistently cohesive approach to brokers and clients
  • Network internally and externally to promote the interests of our business and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture
  • Assist with the preparation of performance reports, to monitor performance and governance
  • Support the management and delivery of strategic broker pipelines in line with our strategy, to reflect global and local agreements
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of Salesforce, to build and monitor healthy pipelines
  • Analyse market dynamics and develop market cycle awareness
About You

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship builder, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to travel between QBE offices in Birmingham & Bristol - travel expenses covered
