A leading insurance provider in Birmingham or Bristol seeks a Broker Development Coordinator to support broker engagement and deliver regional distribution strategies. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, organizational capabilities, and experience in coordination, with both full-time and part-time options available. Travel is involved between the Birmingham and Bristol offices.
Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the Distribution Strategy by establishing and maintaining relationships with Clients and Brokers to enhance the market presence.

We’re seeking a commercially minded Coordinator to join our Distribution team, supporting broker engagement across the Midlands & South-West region. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of regional distribution plans and strengthening broker relationships.
Importantly for us, you’ll be a natural relationship-builder – someone who thrives on building their network and connecting with others to foster strong, collaborative partnerships.
We are open to both full and part-time working arrangements for this role, and this exciting opportunity also involves expensed travel between our Birmingham and Bristol offices.
As part of our collaborative team, you’ll have regular exposure to the wider underwriting community. You’ll be confident in pulling together information and will support business growth and broker engagement. Your ability to build strong, trusted relationships will be central to your success in this role.
