Qualifications

• Strong pricing experience within General Insurance, ideally Home.
• Excellent technical capabilities in pricing, statistical modelling, and portfolio analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Good understanding of UK GI regulation and FCA pricing practices.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Passion for developing others and managing direct reports.
• Degree in numerate discipline or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of pricing strategies.
• Use advanced modelling techniques to improve pricing accuracy.
• Manage the price change process for the broker portfolio.
• Oversee implementation of predictive models.
• Monitor the competitive landscape for informed pricing decisions.
• Produce recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coach and develop junior analysts.
