Job summary

Pilgrim's Pride Limited in the UK seeks an experienced Broiler Farm Manager to lead the Broiler team, overseeing husbandry, welfare, health, safety, quality and budgets while managing staff. The role requires hands-on leadership and autonomous decision-making on site.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 Poultry Passport and strong experience in broiler operations, with a dedication to animal welfare and continuous improvement. A dwelling on site is available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Poultry Passport Qualification required.
• Proven broiler farm management experience.
• Strong people management and supervisory skills.
• Budget management experience and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Broiler Farm operation.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the farm.
• Lead and develop farm staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Monitor environmental, feed, water and ventilation systems to ensure optimal bird welfare and health.
