Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Industrial is recruiting a Van Driver for Bristol. The role covers multi-drop deliveries to commercial and residential addresses, with loads mainly forklifted off and some lifting required. Weekly pay and a potential permanent contract after 12 weeks are on offer, with an overtime rate for extended hours.

A DBS check may be required. Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00, about 40–45 hours per week. A DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid UK category B driving licence and at least 6 months' driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• Good customer service skills and professional approach.
• Willingness to obtain a DBS check.
• Permanent contract possible after 12 weeks via agency.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries to commercial and residential addresses.
• Loads are forklifted off where possible; some manual handling required.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers and complete deliveries safely.
