MIGSO-PCUBED (MP) in Bristol is seeking a motivated Project Controller to join our growing Bristol Hub. You’ll help keep projects on track by developing schedules, monitoring progress and providing insights to teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project management principles including planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of risk, cost and schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organised and proactive in problem solving.
• Willingness to pursue APM qualifications and career development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Track progress against plans and produce clear reports for teams and stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking, cost forecasting, expenditure monitoring and variance analysis.
• Identify, assess and monitor project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Support the management of project changes to scope, schedule and resources.
• Analyse project data, identify trends and translate insights for decision making.
• Build relationships with project managers and stakeholders, communicating status and challenges.
• Monitor resource allocation, deliverables and milestones to aid prioritisation.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and governance packs.
