The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of PQE in commercial real estate, focusing on acquisitions, disposals, and estate management for dynamic operator clients. This role involves advising on complex transactions and collaborating with various specialists, all while contributing to the firm's business development activities. Qualifikationen

• 4+ PQE in commercial real estate, ideally with experience acting for operator clients.
• Strong technical grounding in acquisitions, disposals, development work and estate management.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of the operational realities of hospitality and leisure businesses.

Aufgaben

• Advising major hospitality and leisure operators on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Handling development and pre let arrangements, portfolio re gears and estate optimisation projects.
• Managing day to day estate management matters including L&T, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the national DHL group to deliver rapid, commercially grounded advice.
