Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting for a 7.5t driver role in Bristol. You will perform multi-drop deliveries to both commercial and residential sites, with loads often forklifted off and some manual lifting required. Earn £15.05 per hour PAYE, with overtime at £22.58, and weekly pay. A permanent contract may be offered after 12 successful weeks via agency.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 08:45–18:30, averaging about 40–45 hours weekly. DBS and a 5-year work history are expected as part of the process.

Qualifications

• A valid UK 7.5t licence.
• A minimum of 6 months' driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Good customer service skills.
• A professional and reliable approach.
• Happy to undergo a DBS check and provide a 5 year work history.
• Ability to carry out some manual handling when required.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries, up to 16 stops per run.
• Deliveries to commercial and residential addresses.
• Loads are mainly forklifted off; some lifting required.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
